Actuator

Amarillo Chittom  AirFlo has developed one of the finest diaphragm design louver actuators on the market. Leading process equipment manufacturers and their customers prefer the Amarillo Chittom AirFlo actuator to be used in conjunction with Amarillo Chittom AirFlo industrial louvers when applications require very close temperature control. It is specifically designed for tough jobs and is available with or without positioner. Its low center of gravity makes it ideal for applications requiring a horizontal mount. Its rugged housing is manufactured from high grade aluminum alloys and there are no brass or copper components, often prohibited in certain process applications. All supply and instrument air passages are internal with working parts totally enclosed, protecting them from corrosive atmospheres.

Louvers

Amarillo Chittom Airflo louvers  are available in either aluminum or steel material. They can, with specially designed linkage, be custom manufactured to any width or length. Normally, units are shipped assembled, but the bolted end frame construction does allow knocked down shipment for easy field erection and/or repair. Also the bolted end construction makes it easy to retrofit existing structures without costly shimming.
